From the first conversation to a live agent — the steps and what we need from you.


Getting from idea to a working agent is usually a short, predictable path.

The steps

  2. 2Scope & quote — you get an exact price after the conversation (no blind quotes).
  3. 3Build & connect — we wire the agent to your tools and data and tune it to your tone and rules.
  4. 4Review — you try it in a private playground or staging before anything goes live.
  5. 5Deploy — on a managed API or fully self-hosted, your choice.
  6. 6Iterate — we monitor, tune, and improve once it's running.

What we need from you

  • A plain description of the task the agent should handle
  • Examples or access: sample emails, documents, FAQs, or call recordings
  • The tools you already use (inbox, CRM, calendar, messaging, etc.)
  • Your hosting preference — managed or self-hosted

Timeline

A ready-made agent can be live in a matter of days. Custom builds take longer depending on scope and the integrations involved — we'll give you a realistic timeline with the quote.
